Submitter & Ad Submission Policy

Members and Non-Members are under no circumstances allowed to submit Solo-Electric to ANY sort of Submitter, including Personal, Manually submission, Safelist or Text Ad Submitters without prior WRITTEN CONSENT. This includes members who charge others for use of this website to submit any type of ads including solo ads, text ads, html ads, banners, button banners, hot links, traffic link, solo footers, navigation links, super solos etc. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution. Solo-Electric also reserves the right to delete any member it sees fit for any wrongful use of a submitter or submission process.

If you have a program that you believe would be beneficial to Solo-Electric please contact the owner as soon as possible for WRITTEN CONSENT.  Otherwise do not list this site.

Money in the Subject of Emails

We reserve the right not to approved any SuperSolos or Regular Solos with money in the subject.

Please DO NOT Use:  $4,0000 or Earn $6,000 or $100 or $200 in your subjects.  These Solos and SuperSolos will be retuned back to your account.  No Money of any amounts will be accepted.

Posting Text Ads

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed

If your email address bounces or sends back a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. Once your account is deleted you will have to contact to upgrade you back to Pro if you were a Pro member. You will be required to show proof of your Upgrade to Pro by supplying your PayPal transaction ID#. All referrals, points and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted.

It is your responsibility to make sure your email address for your PayPal account is correct. Your must have your real First and Last name on your account here and the same First and Last name on your paypal account in order to receive comission. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility. Should your account at PayPal be locked or restricted for any reason, that is also your responsibility. will not be held liable. Commission are paid out on the 15th of every month once your account reaches $25.00

Commissions & Contest Winnings

All commissions or cash for contests are subject to review and may be subsequently paid up to 7 days after request and reviews of referrals are complete. A minimum of $25 is needed to request a cash out. Each member and their referrals must remain active members of the site to be paid commissions. Active refers to actively reading all ads as well as posting free and/or paid ads on the site and/or also may pertain to referring other active or upgraded members here.  Inactive members will be deleted from the site and subsequent penalties towards commissions or standings to the referrer may take place.

$6 Sign Up Bonus

The $6 sign up bonus is credited to your commissions account upon request via the "Support" link within the members area providing your account meets our terms and conditions standards including full and correct names on your account. This will continue to the 1000 verified member and not extending past that, those that have not verified but signed up before the 1000 members will not be entitled to the bonus. The sign up bonus must be claimed within 30 days of sign up or verification date. If your account is deleted or terminated for any reason by admin or by your own account you will NOT be entitled to the sign up bonus again.

We reserve the right to not honor the $6 sign up bonus to a member at any given time for whatever reason we see fit. We also reserve the right to cancel the $6 sign up bonus at any given time as we see fit at our own discretion.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of Admin.  We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold Admin  liable for any items or policies within this program.

Refunds
Once you pay for your lifetime membership or buy advertising, if you would like a refund, simply submit a support ticket stating that you would like a refund. You MUST Make the request within 24 hours after payment either for your Life Time Membership and/or for your purchased advertising! Your purchased advertising must NOT BE USED. Your refund will be sent and your account will be deleted. You will lose any earned commissions and will not be eligible for payment.   By joining and paying for any paid portion of , you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.

Promo Codes

You agree to only use promo codes specifically specified by administration or listed on the index (front) page of the site. Any administration email promo codes or promo codes found within the members area are not subject for public use, they are solely intended as extra incentive rewards for members ONLY. Abusing promo codes and giving them to non-members as an extra incentive to sign up is strictly prohibited and is cause for account termination.

SPAM
has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including up to $50,000 in fines.  If you are to include 's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers.  Safelists are also allowed as well as downline mailing programs such as YourLuckyList.

The following are grounds for termination of your account:

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list.   If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for in emails.
To falsify user information provided to or to other users of the service in connection with , or any of it's other sites.
To use the name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists. 
considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.
